Seven years ago Stephanie helped us sell our home in Hueytown, AL. Before her, we had the house on the market with another realtor for 11 months. Within one month, she came in, gave us practical action tasks, and had our home sold. She still stays in contact with our family on FB after all these years. Our home in AL was the first one we had ever sold. I’m writing this review tonight because even after all these years I remember the ease of working with her, the care she showed, and the knowledge she shared with us through the process. Stephanie was fabulous. We interviewed several agents and settled on Stephanie because of her local knowledge and also because her style was a good match for us. Unlike others we interviewed, Stephanie recognized a greater market value in our home than her peers. Having that local knowledge and finger on the pulse of the market paid off in a big way, as we realized easily $75,000, and perhaps as much as $100,000 more on the sale of our house than if we had gone with another agent. She was professional and responsive throughout the selling process, and I was probably a high maintenance customer, wanting to understand every detail. We worked well together and she went above and beyond to get us to closing, which went off without a hitch, even with the complications of a same day, out of state closing on our new home in Florida (through another Florida RE agent), and the fact I had to be out of town on business the day of closing. She walked my wife through the process on both closings by way of two limited powers of attorney. Problem solved! She definitely took a good bit of stress out of what is always a stressful process. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone needing a good real estate agent in the area.
