    The South Shelby Chamber is holding a scholarship fundraiser on April 30, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The event Is called Boots and Bow Ties and will be held at Douglas Manor, 571 Chelsea Springs Rd, Columbiana, Al 35051. Tickets are selling for $10 and guests will enjoy a live and silent auction. Scholarships will be awarded to outstanding seniors in local schools.
