Birmingham local weather man, James Spann, will be at the Homewood Public Library on Thursday, May 19th at 1:30 p.m. to speak to home schooled children about weather. The presentation will be given in Round Auditorium and will last about an hour. This will be an engaging and educational talk about Birmingham's weather for ages 4th grade and older.
