Brooke is great. If I had a question she was very quick to give me a answer when buying our new home in Sumter. She calls back quickly and when a new home posted she had us quickly looking at it. Once we bought the house in Sumter, Brooke sold my house in Elgin. She sold my house within 4 hours I had a contract on it. She’s awesome. Will call on Brooke again if needed and will definitely refer her to others.

Excellent agent 5/5. Helped me find what I was looking for and at a good price too. We saw various homes, many had the amount land I wanted but the houses weren't to my liking. Later on we found the home that was just perfect. As a first time home buyer I thought I had to pay listing price. But Brooke explained that we could negotiate the price. She negotiated the price and was on top of the entire process even after closing. She can help you find info on just about anything and is very knowledgeable on Sumter.

Being a military couple, the home buying process can sometimes become a little more difficult than the norm. Especially when one is on deployment. I've been trying to sell my house for about 6 months and working with another realtor that was very incompetent so i decided to look for another one and found brooke and let me tell you that prayers were definitely answered because she had it on the market for 3 days and sold right away if I can give brooke more then 5 stars I would she is the best and would reccomend her to anybody for there real estate needs again thank you for everything brooke!!!!
