Fallon Young

I worked with Fallon Young on a purchase of a 2nd home in Gulf Shores. Fallon is without a doubt the most responsive and friendly realtor I have met in my 30 years of home buying. He is simply a joy to work with. He also happens to be incredibly knowledgeable, not just about the housing market, yet about the local government, tourism, etc..that impacts decisions for a 2nd home. Not living in the area, it was a great comfort to have someone flexible to make our available time to search very efficient.

We met Fallon selling my neighbors house. ( I had another realtor from another property ). I saw his energy and was immediately impressed. Once I decided to get him to list my property his knowledge and personality was absolutely outstanding. He has a sense of humor like no other realtor I had ever met and totally took the whole process from a dreaded experience to an organized and pleasant experience. His predictions on how long it would take was absolutely spot on. He had multiple buyers for my house before I could get the sign stuck in the ground firm. His knowledge about the area and market are totally off the chart. Once our home was sold and done he assured me that he would be part of our buying process too. ( I thought naaaaaaa ). Fallon took the time to get in me and my wife’s heads and figure out exactly what we were looking for. Over the course of the next four months he not only located our new home an hour and a half away he handled the purchase. Fallon not only found our new house he found our new home that was beyond our expectations. This man was a blessing to our lives. We not only found an exceptional Realtor we absolutely found a new friend. He earned every praise he has from me on this review and I wouldn’t do a Real Estate deal in the future without him. This man is a class act. Do yourself a favor and meet him.

Fallon was a great real estate agent. He has respect for clients and demonstrated honesty and a true concern of representing our interests. There was never a time that he did not respond to any need, question, or problem, no matter how small. Despite the large impact of Hurricane Sally, Fallon was able to help us sell our condo within our timeline and find another property to purchase that met our full checklist. Best of all, Fallon is now our friend, something that I would expect comes easy to anyone who works with him!

Fallon Young was the best! He guided us through the whole buying process and kept in constant touch to let us know how things were progressing. If we had a question about ANYTHING, Fallon would either know the answer or find it out for us quickly. Fallon was very professional yet friendly, too. He feels the need to not just be your agent, but to build a relationship of trust with his clients. After our purchase, Fallon checked on us to make sure everything was going well in our new home. He is a local resident, and provided us with great information about the area. We were certainly blessed to have Fallon Young of Remax Paradise as our agent.

Fallon did an excellent job with the purchase of our vacation home .He is very personable and easy to work with . He really listened to our specific wants in a home and helped find the right one . He has good knowledge of the area and the market in Baldwin county . He really worked for us in finding out info and answering questions .Since we were out of state buyers I felt like we needed someone on our side that we could trust and he really worked for our best interest . I honestly don’t believe we would have been able to buy the property we did without his help !
