    Have you always wanted to live at the beach? Carl T. Martin subdivision in Gulf Shores is the place for you! Homes here range from cute cottages to stunning Gulf-front residences, as well as lagoon-front homes with beach access. This subdivision is located just west of Hwy 59, meaning you'll be front and center for the National Shrimp Festival, Hangout Fest, Fourth of July fireworks, and all of the exciting activities Gulf Shores has to offer. There are no HOA fees here, but restrictive covenants are in place, so homes and yards are well-kept. If you're interested in building your own home, there are still a few vacant lots available. Residents are in the Gulf Shores School District, considered by many to be one of the best in the county. Vacation rentals in this neighborhood are great, as well, with lots of potential for income. The best thing about Carl T. Martin, though, is definitely the white sugar-sand and warm turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico.
