The home was built in 1800 and has passed hands, but has always stayed intact through ongoing care and restoration. Rooms such as the Harding Suite and Worthington room were named after previous owners. The establishment offers lush accommodations, breakfast gatherings for all guests, and massage therapy packages. It's a perfect getaway for couples that just want some time to unwind in a private, cozy setting.

    As a sixteen year resident of Magnolia Springs, I can say without question it is truly one of the most charming and unique communities anywhere. Before the days of air conditioning, Magnolia Springs was a popular resort because of the curative waters of the natural springs. Visitors would travel from all over to Mobile and catch the ferry to Magnolia Springs. Today, Magnolia Springs is less of a resort than a charming residential community, where homes along the river still get their mail delivered by boat.
