    Terry Cove Harbor is one of Orange Beach's largest, oldest and most sought after developments. Homes can range from $250,000 in today's market to nearly $1.6 million which was sold recently; a brand new home with almost 5,000 square feet on the water. Is the Harbor protected? Yes and no. For the everyday boat wake and wind driven waves, yes.

    The Harbor is a basin, if water gets pushed for too long it can spill over. Does Terry Cove have amenities? Absolutely! Terry Cove has a great pool, tennis courts, boat storage, common area with kids playground equipment, field, basketball, pergola for parties and a fantastic boat launch.

    Is the neighborhood safe? As safe as one can be. I tell people all the time, Orange Beach reminds me of Mayberry. Very small in actual year round residents, very low "crime" rate but unlike Mayberry, lots of police.

    Is the water deep enough in the Harbor for big boats. Yes, there are many 40' to 65' boats around the Harbor.

    Is Terry Cove family friendly? Yes, there are birthday parties, Halloween parties, special events are planned by the Terry Cove community all the time.
