    The Colonnades is located on East Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores. It is beachfront and has a library, movie theater room, fitness room, grills, hot tub, and a really cool indoor/outdoor pool. The pool is on the second floor which is pretty unique in itself as it has awesome beach views being up higher than most, but it also has a retractable indoor/outdoor roof that can literally open the "indoor" pool and it becomes the "outdoor" pool. It has 4 bedroom units as an option that not all complexes have.

    This condo is fantastic and unique. The amenities include a member's lounge with an impressively large movie theater, a library, and two fitness areas. The pool area has an indoor heated pool and hot tub with a retractable roof (like your favorite football stadium) to keep the wintertime blues and chills away. Perhaps the coolest part of the pool is that it is elevated so the view is fantastic. The complex is close to many restaurants and is a short walk from the state park pier.
