    Located within The Wharf Entertainment District, this new Speakeasy lounge can only be accessed by a secret code. Upon arrival, you are welcomed by a bank vault door. To open the door, you must punch in the four-digit code. How do you know the code of the day? Simply follow 8 Reale Bar OBAL on Social Media. They have different trivia or riddles that hold the "secret" code to enter. Once you enter, you feel as if you have stepped back in time with touches of modern flair. stamped tile, brick wall accent features, sofas, and the baby grande piano add to the vibe.     Concerts at The Wharf Amphitheatre
    Last Thursday night, June 2, 2022, at the Wharf Amphitheatre, I tailgated with friends and saw Jimmy Buffett in concert! I can't confirm this, but I think one of his favorite places to perform is right here in Orange Beach! We are so lucky on the Alabama Gulf Coast to have this entertainment venue, fabulous restaurants, and let's not forget our white sugar sand beaches!! Come on down and explore all there is to experience here!

    One of my favorite boating experiences is at The Wharf Marina. Spending spring and summer weekends there on a boat is one-stop shopping! Within walking distance to The Wharf with its multiple dining options, shopping opportunities, and music venues, I can enjoy much of what Orange Beach has to offer in one place. The marina offers topnotch amenities on protected water, including floating docks, diesel, ethanol-free unleaded gasoline, pump-out facility, 30, 50, and 100 amp electrical service. Overnight and transient slips are available along with full time slips to name a few. No room on the boat for overnight visitors? The Wharf condominiums and Springhill Suites are just steps away!

    The Wharf is an overall entertainment district. Many are familiar with it's shopping, great restaurants, concerts throughout the year and other fun-filled events. As we approach the Holidays, The Wharf becomes a Winter Wonderland with their festive decor, Santa Shop for family pictures and of course the Ice Skating Rink!     The Worlds Biggest Food Fight
    Judges will choose one lucky competitor at the final table for a pile of cash. Prize purse is $300,000. The Food Fight will be held November 7-11 at The Wharf. There is a welcome reception from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. tonight! There are 1500 chefs, nine categories and only one lucky winner! The tasting pavilion is from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and it is free when you show the Walmart app on your phone!

    The ladies who teach the classes are all very positive and supportive, reminding you that you can do whatever you set your mind to doing. I highly recommend taking a class or two while you are in town and letting your mind, body and core strengthen.

    Just off the beaten path in Orange Beach is the Wharf. Some people have called it a town within a town, and rightly so. If you rent or buy a condo at the Wharf, you're likely to find that there's no need to go anywhere. Everything you could ever want is all within your reach. Once you step onto 'Main Street', go in any direction, and you'll find five-star restaurants, nightclubs, clothing boutiques, massage parlors, and even a candy shop!

    It doesn't end there. There's a mini water park for children, a marina filled with beautiful yachts, and an amphitheater that brings in big-name live entertainment like Jimmy Buffett and Journey. Check the website calendar, and you'll see that there are mega-festivals and events all year long. One of the biggest events is the Blue Marlin Grand Championship held every July. Some of the nation's most seasoned deep-sea fisherman descend upon the Wharf to claim the title of Marlin Champion. Last year's winner pulled in an 806 lb. marlin out of the water and claimed the lion's share of the $1,463,250 purse. Wow!!!

    Ginny Lane - A Hidden Gem!
    I have lived in the area since 2011, and have eaten at The Wharf many times, but never here. My husband and I wanted something different so we gave this restaurant a try. What a hidden gem! This place has a fantastic seafood menu, with crab cakes and fried green tomatoes being my favorite. An excellent drink menu, wonderful atmosphere, and great service! And the prices are very reasonable! It is so nice to have an upscale restaurant to go without paying a large price for your meal! A fabulous date night spot, or a great place to grab a quite bite to eat. Five stars on our end!

    The Wharf, a Gulf Coast Resort, marina, and entertainment district! This happening place is full of great dining, shopping, sweet treats, and a wonderful place for special events like weddings or rehearsal dinners! The Amphitheater is always rocking with amazing concerts, and with all the retail and dining options, you're bound to be outside listening to some great jams! It's true when they say, "Everything's Happening at the Wharf!"
