I’m a first time buyer and throughout my experience I can truly say that there’s not enough words that could describe Michael Matheny. He’s a honest man that goes well over and beyond to help you find the perfect home. Starting from late January to July of 2020, I went through multiple homes, and even made it close to closing on different occasions when things fell through the cracks; and not once did Michael say verbally nor non verbally that he was finished with me. Instead he repeatedly told me that if I was still interested in looking that we were going to find a home. Michael is such a patient and caring soul. I never thought that I would’ve met someone like him, he didn’t care that I wasn’t fully aware of exactly what I was doing or looking for but instead he took hours, days, and months of his time to make sure that I got in a place that I loved enough to call home. Micheal educated me in such a professional manner throughout this process without ever taking my lack of knowledge as a plus for him. Whether it were 8 a.m. or 9 p.m. on the weekend or throughout the week day Michael would send homes that were around my price range and area that I was looking for. Of the many great aspects of Micheal his passion to help stands out the most, being a realtor just doesn’t describe him enough. I could go on forever and ever about this journey throughout this time and how much of a help Micheal has been. Michael told us upfront that he would show us as many homes as we needed to find the right one and he followed through with his promise. He worked around mine and my fiancé‘s work schedules to show us homes late in the evenings and on weekends. He did not hesitate to give us his cell phone number so we could call or text him whenever we had questions or wanted to send him the house listing that we wanted to look at.
