Jack English

Our home buying experience started off with my wife and I visiting developing neighborhoods as well as mature neighborhoods walking thru open finished homes and homes in the later phases of construction independently. I was losing interest fast. We knew Jack was going to be our Realtor when if ever we found something. We reached out to jack with questions (Some only I would want to know), in other words not typical questions! From this point forward I relied heavily on Jack’s guidance from his extensive knowledge of the area, Real estate markets (New & Post construction), Contract Negotiation etc. Jack showed my wife and I two homes, one of the homes my wife requested to see and Jack wanted us to see a different home in a separate development at the same price point so that we understood the market. Again he went out of his way to show us a home for our benefit not his. Jack also gave us several mortgage companies to get a quote for Preapproval and we contacted one on a Sunday afternoon and were under contract that Sunday evening. The home buying process for us was gratifying, stressless, entertaining at times and most importantly rewarding for achieving a milestone and gaining bonded friendships that will hopefully last a lifetime.

Mr. English represented us with professionalism and patience as we navigated the process of buying our first home in twenty years and moving across the country Alabama. We consider ourselves lucky to have been connected with him when first reaching out to realtors in the area. We had a week to make both a decision on a home and the purchasing arrangements. Together, we assembled a list of twenty-two homes and visited each within two days of our arrival in Fairhope.Jack never pressured us into making decisions, and indeed offered insights into why a particular home we looked at may not have been a good fit for us, and he was right. Such is the mark of a "no nonsense" approach to the processes involved in real estate, which is an appreciated and prized trait when working with anyone in any area, as far as we are concerned.Finally, Jack went way beyond what we expected, to the point of granting a personal request by enlisting the aid of those close to him.If you're looking for authenticity of character, professionalism, responsiveness, and reliability, you can't do better than Mr. English.

I would recommend Jack English very highly. I recently was in the Daphne/Fairhope area to get familiar with the area and to see a home. Jack very kindly drove me around the area and then did it again for my husband a couple of days later. What I like about Jack is that he is knowledgeable about the area, quickly responded to my inquiries and phone calls and was very patient. I thought I had found my dream home but Jack was not pushy and allowed me to evaluate all aspects of the purchase. Although I had made an offer, when I realized it was not the right home for me, Jack was very gracious when I had to back out of the deal. I will definitely call on Jack again as I am still interested purchasing a home in the area. Thank you Jack for everything!
