My husband and I have moved more than 10 times and have had the opportunity to live in
many cities and states. While we have enjoyed each location, we finally feel at on
the Eastern Shore. I have a passion for the areas culture, beauty and people… oh and lets
not forget the beach and sunshine! I would love the opportunity to share the uniqueness of

I have a Human Resources Degree and worked many years in banking and finance prior to
starting my Real Estate career. My Real Estate career began more than 4 years ago and I have
prided myself in providing knowledgeable, dependable and dedicated service. I am a full-time
agent that works daily to stay informed of the area, real estate market and trends. I have been

Executive board and 3 Circle Church, I love volunteering my time and can’t wait to see what the
Lord has in store for the future!

    Leann researched the comparable homes in our area which was very helpful with helping us to decide what price to list our current home for.     Leann has been wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable. I always ended up giving her short notice due to work schedules when we wanted to look at properties. She never got frustrated she alway went out of her way make herself avaliable and to work with our schedule. I also seemed to pick the worse days to look at houses like when it was storming and coming a flood. No worries she always had her raincoat an umbrella ready. I also really like that she is helpful and checks up on you but she is not pushy. I would highly recommended Leann.

    Leann was extremely prompt in responding back to us for questions, and was always available to show homes on short notice no matter the weather conditions. Every time we called it was during thunderstorms and she did not hesitate to show us around regardless. Her knowledge of the local area and was exceptional, and we could not of asked for better on her expertise in the process. She let us know when something we were told was off that the lender was telling, and we were able to get things moving quicker than expected. I highly recommend Leann and will tell everyone I know looking for a home to give her a call.
