Beverly first helped us find our home in 2008. As a first time homebuyer, she was like a counselor and realtor to me. She helped us find a lender that worked with Rural Home loans, which allowed us to close without PMI, or a large down payment. In 2020, we didn't hesitate to reach out to her again. I had accepted a job in Florida, and needed to sell the house fast. Beverly knew someone in her office, was working with a client that needed a home. Before the house even went on the market, Beverly had a buyer. I am not sure what we would have done without her help. Being able to work with her to manage all of the final details remotely, was also a life saver.

Beverly has helped me sell and to buy. And both times the experience was great. She was very knowledgeable to help me in pricing my property appropriately to get it sold. Then she helped me in making an offer on a piece of property that I am really enjoying. She has helped many of my family members and friends. She, also, was very patient with me and helped me. We felt like we'd known her forever and now hope we always get to. If I could give Beverly more than 5 stars I would. She did not treat our home sale as just "another house to sell", but with a sense of passion for helping others. I clicked right away with REMAX after interviewing 4 or 5 other realtors. Beverly facilitated both the purchase and sale of our home. Both transactions were very seamless.
