Our home buying experience in 2018 with Tim and Gabby was only outdone by our home selling experience with Tim and Gabby in 2021. They had genuine interest in our plans and timelines. Their ability to identify and mobilize trusted trades professionals for necessary upgrades was invaluable. In both the buying and the selling deals their knowledge and fluidity with the lending and closing processes made the transactions flawless. Our only regret is that we left the Alabama market and couldn't take them with us to other markets where we own properties.

Listing and selling my home was an easy experience. I did a lot of prep work getting the house ready to sell and then turned everything over to Tim. The house was advertised quickly on multiple sources (including Zillow) within days of listing the house with Tim and showings started very quickly. I loved the showing scheduler which keep me updated well in advance of showings. My home had a very steep driveway, which was an issue for many potential buyers. But, still, it sold within 30 days. I was quite happy with that outcome. Tim arranged for any services that I needed (for example, a roof inspection and subsequent roof replacement) and gave good advice about any items he saw that needed to be addressed when listing the house. Negotiations with the buyer went smoothly. I think both the selling realtor (Tim) and the listing realtor communicated well with each other. Closing was a breeze! I felt like I was in good hands throughout the whole process.

Great agent, he knows the area very well. I bought my house from 900 miles away - sight unseen !!! I couldn't have done it without Tim's expertise. There were a lot of things to work out and being so far away didn't help. Tim took care of all the details like the professional he is.

Tim was absolutely a Godsend! His specialty is going above and beyond the call of duty. He's not just an agent, but a friend. He always has your best interests at heart, and will fight for your dreams. He knows this area well, and is on top of the sales trends. Because of his experience and popularity among sellers and buyers alike, he is well versed in all the tedious details that go along with home buying/selling...all those things that you have to know, and all the contacts you'll need to smooth the process. I just recently bought a house, and I can tell you that if it weren't for Tim, it wouldn't have happened. I'm convinced there's no other agent who would have battled on my behalf to make the impossible possible. I couldn't be happier and, in fact, even now sometimes I sit in the front yard and look at my house with amazement and can't believe it's really mine...wow...and I owe it all to Tim!

We first met Tim five and half years ago. He helped us by our first home and was incredibly patient with us as new homebuyers. He walked us through the entire process and, knowing we were first time buyers, he often provided information before we could even ask questions. When my parents moved to the area three years ago, he helped them and provided good information about the area for them. We recently sold our first home and bought a new home. Tim represented us both as sellers and buyers. What I really liked about Tim is that he didn't try to talk us into or out of any house. But he did ask us questions that helped us figure out the best place for us. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor!
