My Mission Statement: Being able to listen and respond to my clients' needs is the essence of good service, and everything I do serves this objective. I pride myself on methodically taking care of all the transaction details and keeping everyone fully informed, thereby ensuring that every deal is a done deal. My commitment is to provide an exceptional real estate experience to every Kristy LaFroscia, REALTOR® client.
Personal: Kristy moved to the Beautiful Eastern Shore of Baldwin County in 1991. She is married to Chris LaFroscia, who is a Licensed Engineer with Thompson Engineering and together they have 6 beautiful children. They both grew up in Daphne and love raising their family here in their hometown.
Background: Since 2005, Kristy has served a multitude of clients ranging from first time home buyers, single family sellers, retiring downsizers, builders, investors, military transfers, relocation, referrals, and vacation home buyers. Kristy has done this job, six ways from Sunday, including acting as a single agent, on a team with her mother, working as a Broker’s assistant to the owner of RE/MAX By The Bay, implementing listing plans, contract to close plans, marketing, training new agents & the list goes on. This job is not just a “job”; it is her passion!
My promise: Today’s buyers and sellers need a trusted resource that can guide them through this complex world of real estate. With my extensive knowledge and commitment to providing only the best and most timely information to my clients, I am your go-to source for real estate industry insight and advice. Buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients. I take great pride in the relationships I build and always work relentlessly on my clients’ behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals. There's no getting around it. Providing excellent real estate service requires an agent to be a good “people person.” There's just no substitute for being a good listener, for being responsive to your clients' needs, for developing a great network and, generally, for "treating others as you'd want to be treated yourself." I’ve worked hard for years to provide this kind of service, and I put my name on the line every day.
Charitable Contributions: As a RE/MAX Agent and a Mother, Kristy is passionate about her partnership with the Children’s Miracle Network. With each closing, she donates a portion of her commission to CMN. These donations go toward a variety of vital categories within the hospital, which include: charitable care, education, patient services, advancement services, equipment, and research.
