The River Mill Subdivision Real Estate And Homes For Sale In Fairhope, AL

As you enter River Mill Subdivision off of Hwy 48 behind the Walmart in Fairhope, you will see the entrance lined with beautiful tress and well manicured flower beds. Just beyond the entrance you may see some neighborhood kids fishing for crawfish or small fish in the creek. I love to stop and watch them get excited over their "prizes" and hear about how the big one got away!

After looking at several houses we decided to purchase a home in River Mill Subdivision. We chose this subdivision because of the location, affordability and it is such a friendly place to live! Just about every night we take our dogs for a walk around the neighborhood and have made some really good friends along the way. It is not uncommon for us to stop and have a beverage with the neighbors while they have their cookout or to play a little basketball with the kids.

One of the events that I think is super fun in River Mill is Halloween. On Halloween, our subdivision streets are lined with kids from all over the community walking door to door for their treats. Occasionally you will see parents dressed up in costume as well. And the houses are dressed up too!
