Why Real Estate?
The Product : Being the daughter of a third generation builder, I knew as a small child that I had a passion for houses and everything that went along with it. As a family, we would spend weekend afternoons touring the “build houses”, as my brother would call them. I loved the sights and smells, from the raw wood and wet paint, to the freshly mulched beds in the yard.
The People : I began my career in sales and then learned that I also really loved helping people to find the right product for them. We called it “right fitting”. Right Fitting is a form of sales where you learn what it is the customer is looking for and then sell them exactly that, as opposed to the old typical approach of trying to push the most expensive item off the lot regardless of what the was best for the buyer.

Feels Like : My entire life!
In Reality : I began my real estate career in 2005, working with the original sales team at Village of Providence. After successful ventures in on-site sales and a dabble in commercial real estate, I now specialize in working residential real estate with helping both buyers and sellers as my niche. From first time buyers to the most seasoned of real estate investors, it is my mission to give all my clients an extraordinary experience. By focusing on my client’s wants, needs, and optimal time frames, I create a customized strategy for either finding the perfect home or selling homes for the best possible price, while hopefully having a little fun along the way.
