Our team has over 20 years of real estate experience in Mobile and Baldwin County. We have helped over one thousand clients buy and sell and have successfully closed over $1 billion dollars for happy clients. In 2014, The Carpenter Team ranked 4th in closed transactions in the Gulf State Region of Keller Williams Realty. In 2015, we moved to Bellator Real Estate & Development. The Carpenter Team sold over $14 million and closed 161 homes to earn the Double Diamond award. We ranked #5 in Mobile in sales volume out of 1087 active agents. In August 2017, we opened RE/MAX Legacy Group. Since opening the office, we have closed over $25 million dollars in almost 150 transactions. We are excited to continue to help clients in both Mobile and Baldwin county buy and sell real estate!

    She was awesome! She helped me negotiate with the seller and worked quickly to get me the house I wanted before it got sold to someone else. She also helped me to get to where I needed to go since I don't drive. She was also always available to answer any questions I had.

    Mrs. Carpenter helped us buy our first home and we knew when we would decide to sell and buy again we would be using her as our agent, she has an absolutely skill set in her trade and my wife and I are confident she will always do what’s best for us and she will also be our realtor in the future as long as we are in this area.     Mary was awesome. She gained business from us by answering general questions honestly before we were ready to start the process. There was no pushiness to get us to use her for our purchase. She also had great contacts for securing a mortgage! Mary was also great at finding us several houses within our limiting parameters and when we found this house she did a great job making a competitive offer for us but still making sure it was affordable for us. Mary fought hard for us when it came to getting stuff fixed after inspection. Overall Mary made it a great home buying experience and went smoothly in a volatile market.
