Sweet Home Alabama! I was born and raised here and I'm passionate about it. Some of the most gorgeous real estate on earth is right here in Alabama! Some of the best people on the planet are right here in Alabama!
After graduation from Mortimer Jordan High School, I attended the University of Montevallo. Later I transferred to the University of Alabama at Birmingham where I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Accounting.
Afterward, I entered the Birmingham business community, working some twenty years in marketing, sales and customer service. This experience proved invaluable in paving the way to my career in real estate.
Just prior to my becoming a Realtor, I worked with one of Alabama's finest real estate appraisers, my brother, Greg Easter. It was during this time that I learned so much about the art and science of property valuation.
In 2005 I became a Realtor. Since that time, I have worked in all aspects of real estate serving buyers and sellers. Some of my expertise include new construction, relocation, foreclosures, sales and marketing.

    My wife and I moved from Florida to Alabama and bought a home that was listed by Jeff. We later sold that home and would not consider listing it with anyone but Jeff. He has always been upfront and honest in anything that came up. We find him to be nothing short of an honest, caring, and very helpful person. Do not hesitate in considering listing or buying anything in the real estate market from this fine person.

    Buying a home. Selling a home. For some people, just the thought of these important but seemingly daunting tasks can be overwhelming. I was one of those people...and then I listened to some of the best words of advice I've ever received: "Call Jeff Easter."From that first phone call, Jeff explained clearly AND walked with me through the process. He was always only a phone call away and was willing to meet me whenever I needed face-to-face time. During the time he was my realtor, he also served as my advisor, advocate and (sometimes) counselor. When I'm ready to sell this home, the first person I will call is Jeff Easter.

    Jeff Easter helped my friends from Arkansas locate the perfect home . Jeff has a vast knowledge of the B'ham Metro area and rural area.     Jeff Easter is THE BEST!!! Jeff worked with me to sell a home and to purchase a foreclosure property. For a foreclosure, the house was in good condition but not without a set of issues which included a roof leak and a pipe leak inside a wall. Jeff is very knowledgeable regarding all the "hoops" one must jump through when purchasing a foreclosure. He coordinated numerous things between my contractor, the lender, the seller and me and relieve me from a great deal of work and anxiety. There was a question of the possibility of mold and Jeff took care of finding the appropriate credentialed inspector to do mold testing and resolve the issue. Without Jeff Easter's expertise and assistance this foreclosure property would probably not have been purchased by me. If you need to buy or sell a home contact Jeff Easter.
